All Mumineen holding a Pakistan passport- whether residing in Pakistan or abroad- must have both of the following in hand at the time of departure:
1. Two printed copies of their Sri Lankan ETA (Visa) — one for Pakistan Emigration and one for Sri Lanka Immigration.
2. ‘‘Ok to Board (OKTB)’ confirmation from the airline— request this at check-in, preferably as a stamp; or otherwise, as a printout.

Yes, but we recommend carrying some Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) for local purchases. ATMs and currency exchange will be available near major venues. Furthermore, using international cards in Sri Lanka may also result in additional charges.
Mumineen will receive a Khidmat registration form via ITS by 28mi Zilhijjatil Haram.
Mumineen Help Desks will be available at both Waaz Centres. Exact locations will be shared soon.
There is no ITS card replacement facility in Colombo. Please provide your ITS number and contact details at the Mumineen Help Desk. They will forward the request to the ITS team.
